I watch it daily and take notes while watching in order to try to grab Ali's next week's quote of the week! I rarely remember any quotes; but I'm still trying! Watch Ali's podcast every Sunday! Her podcast helps me to enjoy the entire week of shows much better than if I only watched Monday-Friday. Also, getting to talk to fellow chatters also make the shows more enjoyable!
